Friday’s Hunt v4.16

20 Oct

Welcome back to Friday’s Hunt. I want to thank everyone who joined in last week. I had a lot of fun visiting everyone who linked up. It’s very simple. Anyone can participate. The link opens at 7pm Central time and will close Sunday at 7pm, so you have plenty of time to enter. Hopefully, you’ll be inspired to visit some of the other entries.

We are working on round four! It’s hard to believe. I did make a slight change. It will still go through the alphabet for the first prompt, but there are two other prompts that will change each week. As always, you can choose to do one or all. If you enjoy the week’s favorite, by all means continue to add that. If you didn’t participate this week but would like to next week the topics will be: Starts with Q, orange, and animal. I will always keep a list of the items for the coming week in my sidebar at the top. I am crazy busy with work off the farm and everything on the farm right now, but I will try to make sure to visit all participants. I have to say, the change to my teaching assignment this year is really killing me. Without further ado, here’s my interpretations for the week.

Starts with P:  Sky is still a pup.  He’s so big that it’s easy to forget that he is still a pup.  Trust me.  He acts like a pup.  You will notice that he does not have a collar on.  He took it off and ate it again.  Sigh…

Sky

Surprise:  It is not just a surprise but a shock that Margarita lived through the coyote attack.  She is doing much better, but I still worry about her.  Of course, I always worry.

Margarita

Looking Up:  Looking up at the sky and taking a picture really reveals how filthy my camera is.  It might be time to send it off for a cleaning.

Now it’s your turn!

Silly Sky!! You’d think that would give him a belly ache! I’m so glad Margarita survived that ordeal! I can’t blame you for worrying.

That he is still a pup shows the “messy” ear ! It hangs down lol ! Maybe you should buy a metal collar ! Margerita looks real good at least from what I can see. She must have had a shock !

Sky looks like a big dog but rather is still a pup. Sigh…Margarita is a beauty – thankfully she is improving!

I missed Friday’s Hunt this week. I was at Knit East without a computer and didn’t get home until after the deadline. I am still stunned at Margarita’s escape – it’s practically unheard of for such a young goat to survive that. She’s amazingly lucky.

I am absolutely certain the credit goes to her mom. Maggie would smack a coyote going after her baby without a second thought.

Ate his collar? Again? I forgot about that! Stinker. Good thing he’s so handsome.
