The last few days have been rather rainy. We got just over five inches yesterday.
That means the goats have been eating between showers, and they have spent most of their time in the barn.
Llenny is a good demonstration of how tall my pasture is getting.
This rain means that it’s not going to get made into hay this week like I had hoped.
I guess there’s always next week.
Sharing with Skywatch Friday.
It is getting a little deep there!
We get mostly noise and drear, around here.
That sounds like our today. Drizzle this morning.
yes, pretty high!
I’m glad I live on a hill right now.
Five inches is a huge amount of rain! I hope you soon get some sunshine!
I see you got some rain. Glad for that. I think we’re supposed to dry out this next week. Don’t know if we’ll get my hay done though. It’s going to take the pasture a while to dry.
That’s a lot of rain! Too bad you can’t share! We could surely use some in the west! I keep praying that the weather in all the areas that are getting too much, could dry out!
I would love to share right now (or store it for when it quits raining here). Seems like there’s always too much or too little.
5 inches in a LOT! Hope it clears up soon. Love seeing Llemy. He has settled in so well.
Llenny is amazing! I’m so glad he’s settled in as well as he has.
Same here ! I just came back from a 3 day holiday in Germany and it rained the whole day long !
Hope you get some sunshine today!
Yes-ready for nice weather & no humidity.
That humidity was a killer yesterday.
Great shots, Llenny is cute peeping over the tall grass. I hope you have dry sunny weather, it is rainy here today.
We’re kind of drizzling this morning, but it’s supposed to clear off for most of the coming week.
i have a love/hate relationship with rain….i love just the right amount and hate when it rains too much!!!
I know. We certainly need a good stretch of sunny weather to dry out.
I’ll bet Llenny is really happy he came to live with you and the goats!
He seems happy with his life here. I hope so.
Beautiful but dramatic skies. Love the shots of Llenny too!
Thanks. I’m really falling for Llenny. He’s a pretty neat guy.
Beautiful images. Love the dramatic skies.
Thanks, but I”m looking for some sunshine.
Hoping for sunny skies for you so you can cut some hay!
That would be nice, but I’m sure they are far enough behind that it will be a while before I get my hay done.
