Welcome back to Friday’s Hunt. I want to thank everyone who joined in last week. I had a lot of fun visiting everyone who linked up. It’s very simple. Anyone can participate. The link opens at 7pm Central time and will close Sunday at 7pm, so you have plenty of time to enter. Hopefully, you’ll be inspired to visit some of the other entries.
We are working on round four! It’s hard to believe. I did make a slight change. It will still go through the alphabet for the first prompt, but there are two other prompts that will change each week. As always, you can choose to do one or all. If you enjoy the week’s favorite, by all means continue to add that. If you didn’t participate this week but would like to next week the topics will be: Starts with O, purple, and city/town. I will always keep a list of the items for the coming week in my sidebar at the top. I am crazy busy with work off the farm and everything on the farm right now, but I will try to make sure to visit all participants. I have to say, the change to my teaching assignment this year is really killing me. Without further ado, here’s my interpretations for the week.
Starts with N: Sky is naughty. Really. He’s now attacking the last remaining thing in the garden–my birdhouse gourds. I’m mad at him.
Silhouette: I’ve barely been home this week with parent-teacher conferences, and the skies last night did not lend themselves to good silhouette images, so I’m going with this one. Too bad there weren’t more black cows out there. You’d never know they weren’t real silhouettes that way.
Sky: Our sky last night (when I took these pictures) were horribly gray and cloudy and dark and drizzly. We need the moisture, but we also need to get the crops harvested. It’s been a tough year for farming all the way.
Now it’s your turn!
What can one say about Sky? Dogs eating thing because they are there instead of nutrition…naughty indeed! The pasture pics are lovely, almost like an Impressionsit painting. Nice choices!
Sky has goofy ideas about what he wants to eat, doesn’t he?! But I shouldn’t talk! I recently adopted a little rescue dog – a six-year old Lhasa Apso. She has a taste for fresh tomatoes, and will snatch one every chance she gets, and snarfs it down noisily!! Last time, she got it all over her white whiskers! That was tricky, trying to get that stain out! – Anyway, I like your silhouette and sky pictures!
Little dogs are like kids, they have to play and prefer things which are not really made to play with ! Your sky photos are very nice !
Sky is just needing attention.
He thinks things need rearrangement.
He’s a good helper dog
..
Pups! Always into something. Child of farmers feel the pain.
