Baby Requests

I’m putting my baby requests in early.  I really do have some specific kids that I want because of trying to breed certain lines back into the herd and needed to reduce the number of bucks I have.  My best guess is that I will sell Kong and Gabe after this year.  If I get what I want.  So here it is.

Kong

First, I don’t care what Melba has.  I do want to keep a baby from her eventually (next year when I put her with Greg), but I am not sure who bred her and as long has she and her kids are healthy, that’s all I care about.

Melba

This is Daisy’s last time due to her age.  I really, really, really want to have a Gabe and Daisy doe who is as sweet as her great-grandma Millie.  That’s not too much to ask for is it?

Daisy

Joy is one that I would like to have a doe from, and this is also probably going to be her last year.  It needs to be a nice long and tall (but thin) Nubian-style girl.

I do already have a girl from her and Gabe, but Moonshine is tiny.  I don’t know if she’s ever going to grow enough to breed.

Next is Pretzel.  I want a nice healthy baby from her and Donkey.  If it’s going to be overly friendly, it better be a girl.  If it’s calm and not going to kill me, it can be a boy, but a girl would still be my preference. And if I don’t get what I want, there’s always next year.

Finally, I have Antigone and Kong.  Again, I want to bring Kong’s line back into the herd.  Antigone would dearly love a girl.  I’m actually okay with either, but a girl would be amazing.

So, I guess I want this to be a year where I have a lopsided number of girls.  That’s possible.  Right?
