Splish Splash

The ground froze hard with all that frigid cold. Then we had snow.  Then we had really warm weather which caused melting.  But the ground was still frozen, so the water had no place to go.  That made the birds happy.

And a cardinal showed up!

How I wish I could have given Ms. Goose a nice bath, but her pool cracked and broke and had to be thrown.  I don’t want to bring another out to just get broken in the cold.

Miss Goose really needs a full bath

So she’ll have to settle for a snow bath and dunking her head in the cattle tank for now.
