Waterway Friend

When I took the Ranger through the waterway to get pictures of the windrows my nephew was making, I went around the corner and scared a young deer.

I was afraid the white tail was all I was going to get a picture of, but then it stopped.

I was really surprised when the little one started walking along the windrow back towards me.  They just don’t usually do that.

Finally, it slowly walked into the corn.

It was pretty nice to see a little one who wasn’t afraid of me.
