The Last Batches of the Season

22 Aug

I am surprised at  how many baby birds I am hearing out in the barn this late in the season.

There are two nests full of baby barn swallows.

I have to believe these will be the last batches of the season.

Mom was certainly keeping a close eye on her babies.

And me.

Swallows are one of my favorite birds. You are blessed to have them on your property. They are so beautiful.
