Fall Cattle Pasture

16 Oct

Our cool weather this past week has really made it look like fall.

The cows are enjoying the cool weather.

Although, I think it might be time to wean some big rump roasts.

For comparison, this is the calf that was born on the farm in July.

They are all looking good.

The pasture is looking good also.
Will you be cutting some for winter hay?

It does look like fall! How did that happen so fast? That is a big calf–nearly as big as it’s ma!

Those cow beasties are really looking beautiful! It’s obvious your pasture has been good for them!
