Friday’s Hunt v4.12

22 Sep

Welcome back to Friday’s Hunt. I want to thank everyone who joined in last week. I had a lot of fun visiting everyone who linked up. It’s very simple. Anyone can participate. The link opens at 7pm Central time and will close Sunday at 7pm, so you have plenty of time to enter. Hopefully, you’ll be inspired to visit some of the other entries.

We are working on round four! It’s hard to believe. I did make a slight change. It will still go through the alphabet for the first prompt, but there are two other prompts that will change each week. As always, you can choose to do one or all. If you enjoy the week’s favorite, by all means continue to add that. If you didn’t participate this week but would like to next week the topics will be: Starts with M, cloth, and everyday things. I will always keep a list of the items for the coming week in my sidebar at the top. I am crazy busy with work off the farm and everything on the farm right now, but I will make sure to visit all participants. Without further ado, here’s my interpretations for the week.

Starts with L:  Cutie Pie does not start with L, but she is a lovely lady!

Cutie Pie Goodberry

Landscape:  My favorite landscape is my Back Forty.

Although, I’m still not used to all those cows out there.

Key:  I really wanted to be creative and artistic, but I just can’t find time for anything but the bare necessities at home and my off farm job.  Then I remembered just before I went back to work, I started my car.  It was running, but none of the indicators on the dash board registered that the car was running.  I figured I’d try backing it out of the garage, but I couldn’t get it out of park.  I decided to turn it off, but I couldn’t turn it off.  It was stuck in park running in my garage.  I finally called my dad who called a friend, and I learned that you need to take out the fuse to the fuel pump in order to get it to quit running.  I had the towing company come and load it up and haul it to the mechanic, and they replaced the entire key housing that goes down into the steering column.  As a bonus, I got a new key!

Now it’s your turn!
