Enjoying Birds

19 Mar

I have to say, I’ve been enjoying the birds this weekend.

I’m going to have to keep the feeders filled up now that I don’t have yard goats!

I’m sharing today with Bird d’Pot.

I do feed the birds a bunch each day! It is an enjoyable hobby!

I haven’t been able to for the last year because I had goats in my yard, and they would have just knocked the feeders down and made themselves sick eating the bird seed. Glad to not have yard goats so I can enjoy the birds again!

I’m glad you explained about the goats vs. the bird feeders. I didn’t understand. We don’t have those lovely birds in our yard here but I do enjoy seeing your pictures of them. We surely enjoy the Annas and the Rufous hummingbirds though. We fed a few Annas all winter and now the tiny Rufous males are back. Haven’t seen any little females yet, though they should show up soon. Thanks for your pictures!

Wow…some beautiful birds. And I can’t help noticing the gorgeous shade of blue sky!

I still have lots of goats. They are just not in the yard because I now have a puppy in the yard.
