Winter Has Arrived

17 Dec

Without at doubt, winter is here.  We have had freezing rain and snow and now plunging temperatures and high winds.  I’m really sure we aren’t ready for this.

But it brought out the cardinals!  Now I just need to get my feeders filled. (I told you I wasn’t ready).

I don’t think I’m ever ready for winter. Your cardinal really stands out against the snow. Great shots.

The red Cardinal looks lovely against the white snow.

Great pics.. we were -9 last night. Ugh! Was wondering, is that a reflection of your kitty in the first picture?

Nope. No reflections in any of these shots.

What a beautiful photo of the cardinal! You’re fortunate to have them in your area! We don’t get to see them here in our area. 😞
