Flower Power

18 Aug

When I was out in pasture the other day, I found some wild black-eyed Susans.

I picked one to play with.

Charlie was checking it out.

So was Wilson.

Wilson finally decided it looked like a good snack.

Silly boy!  No more playing with it as a photo prop.

I do hope you’ll come back and join me for Friday’s Hunt.  The items for this week are at the top of my side bar.

I wondered how long before someone ate it! LOL

It didn’t take too long. They’re pretty quick on those flowers.

It was fun. I really enjoy the time I get to spend out in pasture with them.

Charlie is always adorable. He’s such a character.

Such sweet faces! The flower was the perfect prop. How are things going with the boys and the clover situation? Anxiously waiting for the Friday’s Hunt link. It comes up at 9 pm here so I need to be patient, but my post is ready and waiting!

I got two of the wethers moved this morning, and it immediately resulted in the small bucks challenging them. Of all things, tiny Xerxes was going to jump Myson. It was a free-for-all. I panicked when I saw the big bucks coming up and took the wethers back out. I don’t know what to do with them. Sigh.

I don’t know how I missed with writing on this one, because I think it’s so cute! I can’t decide what which of the three pictures is the cutest. Ones like those would be good for your note cards too! I think Charlie looking sort of cross-eyed in the first one has to be my fave!

They were both really funny with the flower. I have to say, I think that’s my favorite too.
