Peafowl Family

8 Sep

Look!  The whole family!

We also have another hen that hatched one little chick, but I haven’t been able to get a picture yet.  That mom is keeping her new little one tucked safely beneath her most of the time yet.

Sharing with Wild Bird Wednesday.

Very cool picture! I hope the new one makes it too! Crossing fingers.

Me too. About lost this chick last night. It can still get out but not in and I forget to put it in until late.

So cute! They make a lovely family.

You don’t usually see the males with the hens and chicks. Blue Gryphon seems to just be very friendly with everyoen.

What a great picture! It’s just so sweet! I was happy to see that this one is still surviving. I’d love to see him/her grow up. I hope the new little one does well too. It’s interesting that the other mom is more protective.

This one is certainly challenging me. It stills gets out, which means I have to help get it back in at least once or twice a day.

Well, I see it a lot right now, but the dads don’t usually come over that way. This guy is very sweet.
