This week’s Scavenger Hunt Sunday items are: bokeh, sound, change, eyes, and rule of thirds.
Sound: You know that horrible sound of fingernails on the chalk board. That’s what it sounds like when the goats try to eat the salt/mineral block instead of licking it. Good thing Moose is adorable.
Bokeh: I noticed last night when I was getting ready to add Wanda’s photo to my post that the sunlight on the hay created a lovely bokeh, so I used another one of my pictures. You can see that I petted her face after rubbing Cinnamon and left fur on her face.
Rule of Thirds: Cinnamon and a lot of the goats are shedding like crazy. Cinnamon is just acting crazy too. She’s ready to get out and run around.
Eyes: After doing a quick check of Penny’s udder last night to see if she’s starting to make milk, she’s giving me the “Goat Stare of Death.” Okay, she’s looking pretty sweet for this picture, but she was not amused at all when I felt her udder.
Change: The sunset has to represent a change. It’s the end of one day. It was also a beautiful change in weather that let me stand out there and enjoy the sunset without shivering.
I’m also sharing with SOOC Sunday.
Such good pictures; enjoy seeing all of them! Come on Spring! 🙂
Thanks, Jan. It was so nice today, I didn’t think about pictures until late.
yay for better weather. we’ve had some, too. at least we’re out of the freezes and snows.
I’m hoping we get past most of the mud before kidding starts, but I’m thrilled with the warmer weather. Glad yours has improved too.
Great photos of your goats, I love the look on Penny’s face and your sunset is gorgeous.. Have a happy Sunday and new week ahead!
Thanks, Eileen. I think Penny is a beautiful girl.
Your girls are so beautiful, their winsome looks and almost smiles are rewarding to see – and who can resist a smile as Spring is so much closer now!
Thanks. Goats are some of the most smiley animals I’ve ever seen.
Those sunsets are gorgeous!
Thanks, Tamar. It was a beautiful evening. I’m thrilled to have some spring-like weather.
Oh yes, for spring being on the way, i sure hope it says too! Wanda and your bokeh really adorable, as are all your kiddos!
Thanks, Karen. Wands is a sweetie. Fun to watch her and Cinnamon playing together.
Nice shots all!
Thanks.
Beautiful photos. I really like the soft bokeh on the hay.
Thanks. It really surprised me when I first learned about it, but the hay is great for a bokeh effect.
Love the warmer temps here too. Lots of melting going on. Moose and the girls look so cute.
I’m so happy for this warm weather. Glad you’re getting some too.
Lovely sunset photo. And I really like the “bokeh” shot too!
Thanks.
