I spent a lot of time this weekend getting ready for winter for the goats. While that’s necessary, it’s pretty boring, so you get some goat pictures for fun.
I put tarps on the north door of the barn wall, where there’s a big door with lots of air that comes in.
I also shut one of the doors on the south and put a tarp on it.
That means there’s only two entrances/exits for the goats now.
Sadly, there’s always one goat that likes to stand in the doorway and watch the snow fall, and the lower goats in the herd will have to sneak in.
It will make it warmer though.
Marley was my helper during the winterizing.
He’s pretty much attached to me every time I’m out there. He’s such a big goofball, and not really much help.
As a bonus, here’s Bob, who seems to be my escort whenever I go out to pasture.
