I rush home, do chores and then it’s dark. Today, I had the vet stop out this evening to check Fionn’s ear. He said more of the ear will probably slough off, but he thinks it’s on its way to healing. I’m just keeping an eye on it now.
I can really tell we set the clocks back. It makes it hard to get anything done. After checking Fionn, I came back out with the camera to try and get some blog pictures. Well, everyone was out at pasture.
Fionn was in his front pasture. At least I think that’s him below the oak trees. Can you see all the brown leaves on them yet? Most of my oaks just turn brown instead of pretty colors.
There was one guy left in the barnyard, too.
Djali was just watching over the goats while they were out in the pasture.
Hopefully, no early coyotes come with him lounging up in the barnyard. Don’t worry. I went out and made sure the goats all made it up from pasture. They really are not happy with the shortening days. Come to think of it, I’m not real thrilled with it either.
