Every year about this time, we see something that puts all the animals on high alert. The dog is anxious.
The geese stand in a group in the center of the barnyard honking their concern.
The goats rush up from pasture.
They take shelter in the buildings and look at me like I should be doing something to protect them.
Can you see what has them all on such high alert?
The crop dusters are flying all over right now.
I’m not sure why with this drought, but I do like the optimism it shows.
